摘  要:制备了一种水性紫外光固化三维打印成形支撑材料预聚物,并对其可喷射条件进行了研究,考察了黏度、表面张力、挥发性以及温度对支撑材料预聚物喷射的影响;预聚物稳定性对打印的影响;以及引发剂对固化速率的影响.并测试了固化后支撑材料与实体材料的分离性能,结果表明这种支撑材料预聚物能够持续稳定从喷头喷出,固化后与实体材料容易分离.A new ultraviolet (UV) support material ink for three dimensional printing was prepared whose jetting conditions were studied. The effect of viscosity, surface tension, emission and temperature on the jetting condition, the effect of ink stability on printing and the effect of the amount of photo-initiator on the curing rate was studied separately. The condition of the removed support material was investigated after the ink was cured. Experiment results show that the ink Could be jetted out smoothly from the jet head and the support material could be removed easily from the building materials after it is cured
