摘 要:目的:探讨仿真综合性实训在内科学实践教学中的作用。方法:将96名学生随机分为两组,观察组(48人)采取仿真综合性实训,对照组(48人)采用传统教学方法。在学期末对学生的理论能力、实践能力和综合素质进行评价。结果:观察组学生理论成绩、技能操作、综合素质显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仿真综合性实训能显著提高内科学实践教学效果。Objective:To explore the effects of simulation synthetic training to practice teaching in internal medicine. Methods:96 students of clinical medicine were randomly divided into two groups. Ohservation group(48 cases)was given simulation synthetic training but the control group(48 cases)given traditional teaching methods. The students theoretical capacity, practical ability and overall quality were evaluated at the end of the term. Results:Theory score, skills operation and overall quality in observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P〈(0.05). Conclusion:The simulation synthetic training can significantly improve teaching effect in practice teaching in internal medicine.
