揭阳市2004年-2008年医院消毒灭菌监测情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解揭阳市各医院消毒工作状况,为科学指导医院消毒工作、预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法对全市15家医院的各类环境空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、无菌器械浸泡液、一次性使用医疗卫生用品、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、紫外线灯强度、医疗机构污水按《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)、《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》(GB15981-1995)、《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)及《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》(GB18466-2005)进行相关指标检测及分级评价。结果2004年-2008年对揭阳市各医院进行消毒监测,共监测5109份,总合格数为87.06%。市级、县区医院消毒监测样品合格率分别为90.76%、78.59%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各类监测样品中一次性使用医疗卫生用品合格率最高(98.86%),医务人员手最低(82.11%),物体表面、紫外线灯强度、空气的合格率也较低,分别为85.06%、85.31%、83.32%。结论县、区医院是今后消毒监测的重点,同时应加强医务人员洗手意识,定期监测紫外线辐照强度,加强物体表面、医务人员手、空气消毒工作的落实,提高医疗机构消毒灭菌质量。Objective To know job status of the hospital disinfectant in Jieyang City,to guide prevention and control of hospital infection to provide a scientific basis.Methods The city 15 hospitals environmental air,health care workers hands,surfaces,the use of disinfectants,sterile equipment,the use of disposable medical supplies,the effect of pressure steam sterilizer,ultraviolet light intensity,water by medical institutions ＂hygiene standards of hospital disinfection＂（GB15982 - 1995 ） , ＂the effect of disinfection and sterilization methods and standards of evaluation＂ （ GB 15981 - 1995 ） ,＂ Disinfection Technical Specification＂ （ 2002 version） and ＂medical institutions water pollutant discharge standard＂ （GB18466 -2005 ） carried out evaluation of target detection and classification. Results 2004 - 2008 Jieyang City to monitor for disinfection of the hospital, a total of 5109 monitoring reports, the total number of 87.06 % qualified. Municipal, county hospital disinfection compliance monitoring samples were 90.76%, 78.59%, which has significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Samples of various types of monitoring the use of disposaable medical and health supplies the highest pass rate （98.86%） , medical personnel hand the lowest （82. 11%）,surface, UV light intensity, air pass rate were lower the, 85.06%, 85.31%, 83.32%. Conclusion County, district hospital disinfection monitoring are the focus of the future, at the same time strengthening the awareness of medical personnel wash their hands regularly, to monitor the intensity of UV radiation, enhance the surface, the medical staff in hand, the implementation of the air disinfection, disinfection and sterilization to improve the quality of medical institutions.
