摘　　要：《外语电化教学》学刊代表外语教学技术领域的学术研究，核心是外语教学系统设计，基本任务是促进外语教学的分析、设计、开发、实施和评价范畴的学术交流。构建外语教学技术学科理论体系、引领外语教学改革是本学刊的历史使命。This journal represents the field of Instructional Technology for Foreign Language Learning, with instructional systems design as its heart. It is the purpose of this journal to facilitate communication among members of the profession in the areas of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of foreign language instruction. To be one of high academic quality, this journal should accomplish the historical mission to construct a body of organized knowledge for and lead the development of the field.
