摘　　要：介绍了一种基于FPGA的超高速数据采集与处理系统,给出了系统实现的方案,并详细阐述了各硬件电路的具体构成。对系统软件功能做了简要介绍,并利用嵌入式逻辑分析仪对该超高速数据采集系统进行了测试,验证了采样结果的正确性。该超高速数据采集与处理系统通用性和可扩展性较强,适合工程应用。A scheme of the high speed data acquisition and processing system based on FPGA is introduced in the paper. The design of system is proposed and the composition is described in detail. The system software function is briefly introduced and the sampling signal is tested and verified correctly though embedded logic analyzer. The ultra high speed data acquisition and processing system has some universality and expansibility and fits for engineering application.
