苯乙酸钠对人肝癌细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：为了观察苯乙酸钠（ＮａＰＡ）对人肝癌细胞株（ＨｅｐＧ－２）的分化诱导作用，应用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）、台盼蓝染色计数法和３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法观察苯乙酸钠对人肝癌细胞株的细胞周期动力学变化。另用喉癌细胞株（Ｈｅｐ－２）做对照细胞。结果显示苯乙酸钠对人肝癌细胞呈剂量依懒性抑制，细胞周期的Ｇ１期下降，Ｓ期相对升高，但对喉癌细胞抑制作用不明显。表明苯乙酸钠可抑制人肝癌细胞株增殖。To　study　the　induced　differentiation　action　of　phenylacete　Natrium　(NaPA)　on　human　hepatocellular　cancer　cell　strain　(HepG2)　and　laryngocarcinoma　cell　strain　(Hep2).The　Cell　biological　changes　of　HepG2　and　3Hep2　cell　were　observed　by　flow　cytomtry　technique　(FCM),trypan　blue　dyeing　count　method　and 3H-TdR　method.Results　showed　The　HepG2　cell　presented　a　dosage　dependent　inhibition　to　NaPA.The　G1　stage　was　declined　and　S　stage　was　rised　relatively.But　there　is　no　significant　response　to　NaPA　in　laryngocarcinoma　cell.
