摘 要:通过对男、女不同程度溶血标本中AIF、Hb值的测定,找到两者间的相关关系并求回归方程。据此方程估算溶血造成的AIF增加值,从而对溶血血清中的AIF值进行校正。通过对40例男性、30例女性血清标本的测定分析发现:溶血前后血清中AIF值差异显著(P<0.01),校正后的AIF值同溶血前无显著差异(P>0.05),说明溶血对AIF测定确有干扰。The AIF and Hb values in male and female hemolytic samples different degrees were determined and their correlation was established using regression equation,by which we estimated the increased part of AIF values caused by hemolysis and corrected the AIF values in hemolyzed serum samples.By analysing 40 male and 30 female serum samples,we found that the difference between the AIF values in prohemolyzed and in hemolyzed serum samples is significant(P<0.01),but there has no significant difference between the corrected AIF values and the AIF values in prohemolyzed serum samples(P>0.05).These results indicated that hemolysis do influence the detemination of AIF in serum,and this influence can be eliminated by our method.
