摘　　要：目的：探讨脉冲强磁场对肿瘤的杀伤效应、机制及其对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法：应用脉冲强磁场作用于１５只接种Ｌｏｕｉｓ肺癌的昆明小鼠，对照观察其生存期。结果：两组小鼠生存分析曲线差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），实验组荷瘤鼠平均生存时间为３３．７９天，对照组为２４．１４天。结论：进一步证明交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤组织具有杀伤和抑制作用，可延长实验组荷瘤鼠的生存期。Objective:In order to investigate the mechanism of lethal effect of strong pulsed magnetic field for tumour and the survival effect of tumourbearing mice.Methods:The study was carried out with 30 Kunming mice inoculated by Louis lung cancer,which were treated with strong pulsed magnetic field.The lethal effect and survival effect of tumourbearing mice were examined and compared between the experimental group and control group.Results:The survival period of expermental group and control group was averagely 33.97 daays and 24.14 days respectively.There was a significant difference in survival curve.Conclusion:It is confirmed that the alternating pulsed magnitic field has inhibiting effect and lethal effece for tumour.It may prolong the survival period of tumour-bearing mice.
