摘 要:采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对油雾发生器内部流动现象及雾化现象进行数值模拟,研究在一定温度条件下空气压力及油雾出口压力对油雾平均粒径、油耗量、气耗量的影响。计算结果表明:空气压力越大,油滴平均直径越小,油耗量先增大,后减小,气耗量增大;油雾出口压力越大,达到最大油耗量的空气压力越大,并且达到的最大油耗量越大,油雾出口压力对气耗量影响较小。Numerical simulation of fluid flow and oil atomization inside an oil mist lubrication device was conducted with CFD software FLUENT. The effect of air pressure and outlet pressures on oil mist mean grain diameter,oil consumption and air consumption was analyzed. The results show that the oil mist mean grain diameter becomes smaller, the oil consumption increases first and then decreases and the air consumption becomes bigger with the increase of the air pressure. The bigger the outlet pressure, the bigger the air pressure for the maximum oil consumption, and the bigger the maximum oil consumption. The effect of the outlet pressure on the air consumption can be neglected.
