摘  要:目的:比较蜈蚣的不同提取工艺对抗凝血、溶栓作用的影响。方法:比较原粉冷浸、水煎煮、水煎醇沉、胃蛋白酶酶解、胰蛋白酶酶解、仿生酶解等不同提取工艺对凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤溶活性(FA)、大鼠凝血时间(CT)及静脉血栓重量(TW)的影响。结果:6种工艺的PT、FA、CT、TW 4项指标与空白对照组相比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),3种酶解工艺组与空白对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),其中仿生酶解组与原粉冷浸组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:仿生酶解方法所得样品液抗凝血及溶栓作用较常规方法有极大提高,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective:The research aimed to comparison anticoagulant and thrombolysis of different extracting technology from Centipede. Methods:Compare the differences among raw powder by cold leaching, water boiling, water decoctionalcohol sedimentation,enzymatic hydrolysis by Pepsin ,enzymatic hydrolysis by trypsin and bionic enzymatic hydrolysis by prothrombin time (PT) ,fibfinolytie activity (FA), clotting time (CT) and venous thrombosis (TW). Results:The results of the four indicators over the six technology and compared with control group were signifieandy different ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; three enzymatic hydrolysis technology group and control group compared to a very significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ), which bionic enzymatic hydrolysis group with the raw powder by cold leaching group has significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Bionic enzymatic hydrolysis extract anticoagulant and thrombolysis effect than conventional methods have greatly improved,which has wide application prospect.
