疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏血通对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:在神经内科常规治疗的基础上加用疏血通治疗66例急性脑梗死(研究组),并设相应对照组进行临床观察。结果:治疗组有效率92.4%,对照组总有效率69.4%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通对急性脑梗死疗效显著。Objective ： Shuxuetong observation of acute cerebral infarction. Methods ： Department of Neurology at the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with Shuxuetong 66 cases of acute cerebral infarction （study group） ,as well as the corresponding clinical observation of the control group. Results：The efficiency of the treatment group, 92. 4%, control group 69. 4% of the total effective rate, the total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Shuxuetong on acute cerebral infarction significantly.
