冰冻切片加印片提高乳腺术中病理诊断准确性98例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术中冰冻切片加印片提高乳腺肿块快速诊断准确性的方法。方法:对98例乳腺肿块手术中快速病检病例,同时进行印片细胞学及冰冻切片检查,并与单独的冰冻切片检查对比。结果:98例乳腺肿块手术中冰冻切片加印片确诊96例,确诊率97.9%,术中冰冻切片确诊84例,确诊率85.7%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将冰冻切片与印片细胞学同时应用于乳腺肿块术中快速病检,与单独的冰冻切片比较,可以提高准确性。Objective： To study the method of frozen section combined with imprint cytology to improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses. Methods： We used imprint cytology combined with frozen section detection, and compared the results with those of the detection without imprint cytology. Results： Among 98 cases, 96 eases were diagnosed correctly using frozen section combined with imprint cytology, with the correct rate of 97.9% ; 84 eases were diagnosed correctly by only frozen section, with the correct rate of 85.7%, The difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using imprint cytology combined with frozen section detection during operations can improve the accuracy of rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses.
