参附注射液在食道癌术后辅助化疗中减毒作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参附注射液对食道癌患者术后辅助化疗毒副反应的影响。方法:将120例食道癌根治术后患者分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用NP方案化疗共2周期。治疗组在运用NP方案化疗的同时加用参附注射液,每天50ml,观察参附注射液对化疗毒副反应的影响。结果:治疗组白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板减少等血液毒性反应,以及恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应发生率较对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可减轻食道癌根治术后NP方案化疗毒副反应,调节机体免疫功能。Objective： To investigate the influence of Shenfu injeetion（SFI） on toxic and side effects induced by postoperative chemotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods： 120 patients were allocated to treatment group and control group （each group 60 patients） randomly. Control group was treated only by NP regimen（ totally 2 cycles）. Treatment group was treated by NP regimen with SFI（50ml/day）. The influence of SFI on toxic and side effects induced by chemotherapy was observed. Results： In treatment group, both the incidence of blood toxic reactions of white blood eeU （ WBC）, neutrophil and platelet and symptoms of nausea and vomiting were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion： SFI ean alleviate the toxic and side effects of NP regimen for post-operative chemotherapy on esophageal cancer.
