手指点穴提高恶性肿瘤患者生存质量40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床观察,评价手指点穴治疗恶性肿瘤在提高生存质量方面的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法,记录治疗组和对照组治疗前后生存质量积分,评价治疗前后生存质量改善情况。结果:治疗组生存质量积分提高30%,对照组生存质量积分提高10%,有统计学意义。结论:支持及对症治疗联合手指点穴可明显提高晚期恶性肿瘤的生存质量。Objective ：to evaluate the clinic effect of improvement for quality of life（QOL）on treating malignant tumor by using digital Acupoint Pressure.Methods ：Using randomized controlled study to divide into the treated group and control group,to record respectively the index of QOL and to value QOL before or after treatment between the two groups.Results：the index of QOL was improved by 30% in the treated group,while by 10% in the control group,The differences between two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion： This to say, the quality of life with advanced malignant patients could be improved obviously by supportive treatment combined with digital Acupoint Pressure and be Worth development in the clinic.
