膀胱移行细胞癌周期蛋白D_1的过度表达及意义

摘　　要：为探讨周期蛋白D1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义，应用免疫组织化学方法对31例膀胱移行细胞癌周期蛋白D1的表达进行研究。研究发现正常膀优粘膜无周期蛋白D1表达，31例膀胱移行细胞癌中周期蛋白凤阳性表达率为32．26％，周期蛋白D1在分化较好、浅表性膀胱肿瘤中的表达与病理分级、临床分期呈负相关，在Ⅲ级、T3～T4期膀胱肿瘤中呈阴性表达。认为膀胱移行细胞癌中，周期蛋白D1的表达可能与某些抑癌基因蛋白的功能状况有关；周期蛋白D1可望成为临床评估肿瘤恶性程度的一种有价值的生物标记物。Immunohistochemical method was used detected the cyclin D1 overexpression in 31specimens of transitional cell carcinomas (TCCs) of the urinary bladder. Cyclin D1 overexpression was not observed in the normal mucosas of the bladder. The positive rate of cyclin D1 expression was 32.26% in 31 TCCs specimens. A inverse relationship between cyclin D1 immunohistochemical staining and histoligic grading as well as clinical staging existed in the well-differentiated and superficial TCCs. Whereas a cyclin D1 negative immunohistochemical staining was observed in the grade Ⅲ lesions. The results suggest that overexpression of cyclin D1 in TCCs of urinary bladder probably occurs under the innuence of some products of the suppressor gene,such as P53,and cyclin D1 may be a useful biologic marker for prediction of histopathologic grading and staging.
