乳腺肿块术前细针穿刺涂片的DNA定量测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨乳腺肿块术前细针穿刺涂片ＤＮＡ定量测定的可行性及临床意义，采用ＣＡＳ２００图像细胞仪对５２例乳腺肿块术前细针穿刺涂片进行ＤＮＡ定量测定。结果表明，５２例涂片均能提供足够的样本细胞，５２例病人术后病理诊断良性者５例，恶性者４７例。５例良性病变均为ＤＮＡ二倍体，４７例乳腺癌中ＤＮＡ二倍体１２例，异倍体３５例。可以认为乳腺肿块术前细针穿刺涂片的ＤＮＡ定量测定是一简便易行的方法，能在术前获知乳腺肿块的ＤＮＡ倍体类型，为辅助治疗方案的确定提供信息，值得临床推广应用。To investigate the feasibility and significance of DNA quantitative measurement on preoperative fineneedle aspiration (FNA) smears of breast lesions, DNA quantitative measurement was performed on 52 preoperative FNA smears with image cytometry (CAS200).The results showed that every smear could provide enough sample cells.Of 52 cases, 5 were benign and DNA diploid,of 47 malignant lesions, 12 were DNA diploid and 35 DNA aneuploid. The authors suggested that DNA quantitative measurement on preoperative FNA smears is a simple and feasible method and could add additional information to plan an adjuvant therapy.
