In order to explore the relation of glucosinolate trait and physiological characteristics in rapes, the paper analyzed MDA content, SOD, POD and CAT activities with 967H, 967L, F1 and RF1 plants as materials. The results indicated that the relative permeability of plaslemma and MDA content in different glucosinolate lines always increased during all growth stages, and the SOD, POD and CAT activities kept decreasing after increasing. The relative permeability of plaslemma at blooming and maturity stages and MDA content at later three growth stages were very significantly less in high glucosinolate lines than in the low ones. The SOD activity in all growth stages, POD activity at later three growth stages and CAT activity at stem elongation and blooming stages were very significantly greater in high glucosinolate lines than in the low ones. The POD activity at seedling stage and CAT activity at seedling and maturity stages were significantly greater in high glucosinolate lines than in the low ones. The glucosinolate content had positive correlation with the relative permeability of plaslemma and MDA content, and negative correlation with POD and CAT activities.
