摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻咽癌螺旋ＣＴ动态增强特征。材料与方法：５０例经病理证实的原发鼻咽癌患者，先平扫，后选择病灶最大层面行同层动态增强扫描。采用ＥＬＳＣＩＮＴＣＴ－ＴＷＩＮ双螺旋扫描机，用自动压力注射器注药，分别测量平扫和增强后不同时刻的ＣＴ值，进行统计学处理并描绘时间—密度曲线。结果：１．平扫ＣＴ值与增强后３０～３００秒内各组ＣＴ值比较具有显著性差异。２．鼻咽癌增强后３０～３００秒内各时刻组间的ＣＴ值比较差别不显著。结论：鼻咽癌的螺旋ＣＴ动态增强曲线呈一速升缓降型，注射造影剂后５０秒左右显示鼻咽粘膜，肿块及其周围结构最为清楚。Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of the enhanced DensityTime curve of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma NPC in the dynamic spiral CT. Materials and Methods: 50 cases of primary NPC which were confirmed pathologically were examined in spiral CTTwin. The CT numbers of the regions of interest (ROI) at various acquisitions of time (0s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50, 60s, 90s, 120s, 180s, 210s, 240s, 270s, 300s after the beginning of contrast agent injection) were collected. The CT number differences of various acquisitions were analysed statistically. The Dynamic CT DensityTime curve was established. Results: 1) The CT munber of contrast scans is differenet between that of the plain scans. 2) The difference of the CT number of contrast scans from 30s to 300s postcontrastly is not obviously different each other. Conclusion: The typical curve of NPC was one of a rapidly ascendingslowly descending. Its peak CT value were seen at 50s postcontrastly and measured 82.40±12.12Hu.
