摘 要:为解决EMS型磁浮列车的整车运动学问题,考虑横向电磁回复力和机构约束关系建立车辆运动学模型,导出表述列车运动学特性的非线性方程组,用MATHEMATICA软件求解这一方程组,给出列车各构件的绝对位置和相对位置。结果表明:车辆和轨道之间是弹性约束,既非严格跟踪轨道,也非理想的电磁平衡。车辆的运动特性不能仅由几何关系或单转向架的运动特性导出,须考虑车辆构件的内部约束、电磁横向回复力的影响。通过试验,验证了理论分析的结果。In order to answer kinematics problems of the EMS low-speed maglev vehicle, by establishing a kinematics model that is involved in electromagnetic lateral reversion force and restriction force between components of the vehicle, a set of non-linear equations is deduced to depict kinematics characteristics of the maglev vehicle. The equations resolved with MATHEMATICA give the absolute and relative positions of the components that compose the whole vehicle. As a result, it is clear that the restriction force between the vehicle and the railway is elastic, the bogies neither run after the railway precisely nor perfect equilibrium of electromagnetic forces acting on a single bogie, kinematics behavior of the vehicle can not be deduced simply by the geometrical method, the restriction force acting on components of the vehicle and electromagnetic lateral reversion force must be taken into account. Further the result by the academic method is verified by experiments.
