摘　　要：为了高效管理输电线路地理信息,提出研发一种开发周期短、实时性好的输电线路地理信息系统。该系统利用Flash灵活的图像绘制功能制作输电线路底图的功能控件,应用Flash与XML交互应用技术实现地理信息更新和查询定位功能,集成Flash和ASP.NET技术进行Web开发,生成可实时更新的图示化管理系统。运行结果表明,系统能够快速、准确地进行更新报警和查询定位,可满足输电线路实时监测和快速检修需要。Aiming at managing the geographic information of transmission line for high efficiency, a geographic information system that has been proved to be short development period and of good real-time performance for transmission line is presented. Using the flexible flash image rendering function to make control components on the base map for the transmission line; applying interactive technology of flash and XML to achieve both geographic informa- tion updating and search-position function; integrating flash and ASP. NET technology to do Web development, then generating a real-time updating management system with graphic displaying form. Test results show that the system can improve rapidity of information updating and accuracy of search-position to meet the requirements of real-time monitoring and quick overhauling for transmission line
