57例自发性小脑出血手术治疗分析

摘　　要：为探讨自发性小脑出血的预后和手术适应症，回顾性分析了５７例自发性小脑出血病人的意识状态、血肿类型、血肿量、年龄、第四脑室及基底池的形态等因素对病人生命预后的影响。结果表明：上述诸因素是临床医师选择手术适应症的主要依据，早期手术能明显地提高病人生存率，手术效果主要与病人的年龄。To investigate the prognosis and operation indication in the patient with spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage, the effect of consciousness, type and volume of hematoma, age and status of 4th ventricle and basal cisterns on the outcome in 57 cases were analysed . The results showed that the operation indication depend mainly upon the factors abovementioned and that early operation could remarkably decrease the mortality, and that the effect of operation related closely to age , consciousness and type of hematoma.
