摘  要:目的:探讨周围神经局部缺血对其轴浆运输的影响.方法:采用Wistar大鼠30只,用游离实验侧坐骨神经的方法,制成周围神经缺血模型.于双侧腓总神经干注入30%HRP水溶液 5μl,动物分别存活 16、18、20、22、24、48h后,经升主动脉灌流杀死.取腰髓4~6节段和腰4~6背根节,冰冻连续切片,BDHC法成色.结果:实验侧在腰髓4、5节前角最早出现标记细胞的时间是24(,对照侧是18h,实验侧HRP轴浆运输速度是3.85±0.07 mm/h,对照侧是5.15±0.22mm/h(P<0.01).结论:周围神经局部缺血亦可导致轴浆运输减慢.tive: To explore effects of peripheral nerve ischemia on axoplasmic transport. Meth-Vistar rats were made into models of peripheral nerve ischemia by mobilizing bilateral-ve. 5/ul of 30% HRP solution was injected into the common peroneal nerves of both(?) animals survived for 16. 18, 20.22, 24, 48 h, and were killed by perfusing throughorta. L4-6 segments of the spinal cord and L4-6 dorsal ganglia on both sides were(?)y frozen section method, and treated with BDHC method. Results: The labeled cells(?) in the anterior horn of L4-5 segments of the experimental side at 24 h, and the con-18 h. The velocity of HRP axoplasmic transport of the experimental side was 3. 85±(?)h, and the contral side was 5. 15 mm/h respectively (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The pe-erve ischamia leads to the slowdown of the axoplasmic transport.
