摘　　要：探讨Ⅱ型复合换能疗法在治疗儿童神经系统疾病的临床应用价值。Ⅱ型复合换能疗法（CECT-Ⅱ）亦即低能量电激光鼻腔内换能方法，分别将低能量的激光和电输入，治疗儿童神经系统疾病60例，总有效率96.6％。结论认为用CECT-Ⅱ治疗儿童神经系统疾病是有效的。研究认为是低能量He－Ne激光使血液中蛋白质（酶和其它功能的蛋白质）分子构象发生改变，通过换能性的光化学作用使接受此疗法的机体产生一系列的生物学效应。另外，在鼻周围密布穴位，系督脉、任脉必通之道，籍以疏通诸阴诸阳经。并使躯体改变血液流变状态，疏通微循环，调整体内的免疫功能，改善机体中毒状态。因此，本疗法可治疗的病种范围较为广泛。To explore the clinical value of CECT-Ⅱ for nervous system diseases in childhood,CECT-Ⅱ(Combined Energy-Converting Therapy Type Ⅱ ) equated by low-energy electricity He-Ne laser energy-converting therapy in nasus,without venipuncture- 6o cases were treated with a total efficiency of 96. 6%. CECT-Ⅱ is an effective method for childhood nervous system diseases. The precise mechanism of this therapy is still not clear,which may be due to its biostimulation induced by biophysical and biochemical reactions,including allosteric effects of proteins (enzymes and other functional proteins ). In addition,there are lots of acupoints around the nose. It's an important way of Governor and Ren Channels,which can remove obstruction of all Yang and Yin Meridians by stimulation. Such biologlcal effects may improve hemorrheological properties and tissue microcirculation,regulating immune status and detoxification,so this therapy can find wide-ranging application in clinical practice.
