摘  要:目的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)能清除自由基,减少碱烧伤对角膜损害,取得满意效果,但SOD提取不易,半衰期短,为此我们人工合成仿SOD,在家兔角膜碱烧伤进行实验研究。方法应用.1μmol·L-1的IScu、ISMn、ISco滴眼液,每日滴眼5次,治疗家兔角膜碱烧伤。用TAB荧光光度法检测角膜脂质过氧化物的改变。并作IS的体外药物毒性试验。结果3种IS眼液皆有效,ISco和ISMn疗效较佳,IScu毒性较高。结论ISCo和ISMn为较理想的清除超氧自由基药物,是治疗上的新进展。Objective Superoxide dismutase (SOD)can scavenge the oxygen free redicals and reduce the damage of alkaline burn in the cornea with satisfactory results. But the extraction of SOD is very complicated,and the half-life-period of bioactivity is short. So we synthesized the imitating SOD and used them to treat the alkaline burn of cornea in rabbits.Methods We tised the IScu. ISMn. ISCo eye drops 5times daily to treat the alkaline burn of cornea in rabbits.and detected the lipid peroxidation product by TBA fluorophotometry and assay the toxicity of I-SOD in vitro.Results These three preparations were efficient with the ISco and ISMn being better. The toxieity of IScu was higher.Conclusion ISco and ISMn are ideal drugs for seavenging the free redicals,so it has a good propect in the advance of therapy.
