摘  要:目的:观察桩核冠修复3种根管封闭剂充填的根管桩道制备后微渗漏值变化。方法:60个离体牙截除牙冠,逐步后退法预备根管至#40,随机分为3组(每组20个),分别用AHp lus、Cortisomol、氧化锌3种根管封闭剂加牙胶尖以侧压法充填。于充填后7 d每组随机分为桩道预备组和对照组(非桩道预备组)。桩道组用3M桩道车针行桩道预备。所有牙用10 g/L亚甲蓝液染色72 h后将牙体劈开,用游标卡尺测量根尖部染色长度。结果:对照组3种根管封闭剂都有一定的微渗漏,其中以AHp lus微渗漏值最小,氧化锌最大,3者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桩道预备组与对照组相比,3种封闭剂微渗漏值均明显增加,差异有统计学意义;其中AHp lus增幅最小,明显优于另两组(P<0.05)。结论:桩核冠修复时,选择AHp lus根管封闭剂充填根管,利于保持桩道制备后剩余根充材料的封闭性。AIM:To investigate the influence of post space preparation on the closure property of three root canal sealants. METHDOS: The crowns of sixty extracted teeth were removed and the root canals were prepared by step - back method to 40#. Then sixty samples were randomly divided into 3 groups and filled with three root canal sealants (AHplus, cortisomol and zinc oxide) separately. Seven days after filling, each group was divided into two subgroups for experiment and contrast separately. The subgroup of experiment was carried out with post space preparation while the subgroup without post space preparation used as the contrast. All specimens were dyed with 10 g/L methylene blue solution for 72h then splited in halves. Stained depth of the canal was measured with a vernier. RESULTS : Micro leakages were observed within all the contrast subgroups. Micro leakage level of AHplus was the lowest, while zinc oxide was the highest. Statistical differences were found among subgroups (P 〈 0.05 ). After post space preparation, each experiment subgroup showed significant increase of micro leakage level in comparison with the corresponding contrast ( P 〈 0.05 ). The increase of AHplus group was found to be the least and obviously better than the other sealants ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Application of AHplus root canal sealant is beneficial for the closure property of remaining filling materials after post space preparation.
