口腔扁平苔藓患者红细胞免疫粘附功能的初步研究

摘　　要：本文采用国内郭氏酵母菌花环法对60例口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）患者及30例正常对照者红细胞免疫粘附功能进行了测定，以探讨红细胞免疫粘附功能与OLP发病过程的关系。结果发现，OLP患者红细胞C3b受体花环率明显低于正常对照组，而红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于正常对照组，说明OLP患者存在继发性红细胞免疫功能低下。We measured the red blood cell C3b receptor roseate and the red blood cell circulatingimmune complexes roseate in 60 patients with oral lichen planus and 30 normal controls by adoptingGou's method. The results showed that' the counts of red blood cell C3b receptor roseate were significantly lower in patients with oral lichen planus than that in the normal controls, and red blood cell circulating immune complexes roseate were significantly higher in patients with oral lichen planus than thatin the normal controls. This Study indicated that the patients with oral lichen planus have secondarylow of red blood cell immune adherence function.
