摘 要:近年来微波已被应用于包括口腔粘膜病和口腔肿瘤在内的多种疾病,但用于防止癌前病变恶化的研究尚少。本实验采用微波辐射金地鼠颊囊白斑,比较模型组和微波组远期癌变率,观察肉眼和光镜下的组织细胞变化规律,摸索最佳技术参数,旨在为临床推广应用提供动物实验参考依据。结果发现微波辐射能有效地降低白斑癌变率;其光镜和肉眼观察到的变化规律有助于揭示微波阻癌的可能机理;明确了正常掌握技术参数,严格控制最佳升温值是提高疗效的关键。Microwave therapy has been applied to various diseases recently, including oral mucosaldiseases and oral tumor. However, there is only a few studies on prevention precancerous lesions fromcarcinogenesis. In our study, microwave was radiated to the leukoplakia of golden hamster cheek pouchin comparing the prognosis between model group and microwave group, observing the variation of tissuecell under naked eye and light microscope, inquiring the optimum technical parameters. Our purposewas to provide animal experimental basis for clinical application. As a result, we found microwave radiation could efficiently decrease the ratio of leukoplakia carcinogenesis, and the variation observed undernaked eye and light microscope could imply possible mechanism of microwave in blocking carcinogenesis. .To master technical parameters properly and control the optimum radiation temperature is the keyto improve curative effects..
