摘　　要：采用转移能力更强的葡萄糖酸钠和ＳｎＣｌ２的混合液及Ｎａ１８８ＲｅＯ４，用直接标记法标记了抗－ＣＥＡ单抗。研究了影响标记率的若干因素，如抗体和抗坏血酸的用量、亚锡的浓度、反应液ｐＨ值以及反应时间等，探索出标记率可达８０％以上的标记条件。A simple technique of directly labelling antibodies with Re has been developed.The reduction of antibody disulfide groups was achieved by incubation of antibodywith ascorbic acid (pH=6.5)for an hour at room temperature and a solution of excessSnCl2 in sodium gluconate was added to the AA-reduced antibody followed by theaddition of perrhenate,Some factors that influence labelling efficiency,such as thepH of the reaction mixture, the labelling time,and the amount of antibodies andreductive agent,were studied experimentally and a better labelling method wasestablished,The labelling yidlds,as determined by paper chromatography,weregreater that 80%.
