应用多元素分析器快速测定药品中砷盐含量方法的研究

摘　　要：本法系以硼氢化钾快速还原三价砷离子为砷化氢，再用硝酸－硝酸银－聚乙烯酸－乙醇溶液吸收显色，于400nm波长处测量吸收度。所用仪器结构简单，操作方便，灵敏度高（较Ⅰ型测砷器的灵敏度提高五倍）而且所用试剂无毒。是目前检测药物中砷含量行之有效的快速、准确、灵敏的新方法。In this experiment, the trivalence arsenious ion was quickly reduced as hydrogen arsenide with potassium borohydride, then absorbed and colored with the solution of nitric acid-silver nitrate -polyvinyl alcohol-ethanol, and determined at 400nm. This method has the advantages of simple apparatus structure, convenient operation and high sensitivity (its sensitivity is 5 times higher than that of Ⅰ type of arsenide apparatus). Another advantage was that the reagent showed no toxicity. This method is available for the quick detection of arsanic in drug.
