应用FPLC法测定基因重组GM-CSF含量

摘　　要：采用 FPLC法通过凝胶色谱柱分离 GM- CSF产品中的各组份 ,同时利用峰面积计算GM- CSF在产品中的含量。应用此方法测定了三批进口基因重组 GM- CSF,GM- CSF含量分别为0 .43、0 .40、0 .42 mg/To separate each component of recombinant human granulocyte marcophage Colonlystimulating Factor (rhGM CSF), by using FPLC with gel column,Meanwhile, calculate the content of the GM CSF in the products according to the peak area, we determined three batchs of recombinant GM CSF(product named Leucomax) made in U.S.A. The concentration of them were 0.43, 0.40, 0.42mg/ml respectively.
