对扩招后高校毕业生就业难的经济学分析

摘　　要：大学扩招后,毕业生就业市场由原来的卖方市场变成了买方市场,大学毕业生就业难已成为一个备受关注的社会问题。本文从经济学角度分析了造成高校毕业生就业难的原因,以及高校扩招后对我国劳动力市场结构产生的影响,探究扩招后大学生就业难的经济根源。After the universities and colleges increase enrollment,graduates~ careers market has turned from original selleCs market into a buyegs market,and the difficulty of graduates employment has become an extremely concerned social problem. This article analyses the reason of graduates＇ difficult employment from the economics angle,and the influence to structure of labour market of our country after universities and colleges ＇ increasing enrollment. It also probes into the economic origin of universities and colleges students ＇ difficult employment after increasing enrollment.
