摘 要:目的:采用正交设计法,对海蓬子油超临界CO2流体提取工艺参数进行优化。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验法对海蓬子油的提取工艺进行优选,以萃取压力(A)、萃取温度(B)、提取时间(C)、CO2流量(D)作为4个因素,每个因素选3个水平,以种子油提取率为指标来确定最优化提取条件,进行了正交水平实验。结果:因素相关性为萃取压力、提取时间、萃取温度为主要因素,CO2流量为次要因素。结论:海蓬子油的最佳提取工艺是萃取压力20MPa、萃取温度50℃、提取时间2h、CO2流量12kg/h收取种子油。To study the parameters of Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of seed oil from Salicomia by orthogonal design. Methods: Four factors such as extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow rate were chosen by the observation of orthogonal design, each factor was assigned to three levels, rate of extraction as a marker in apposition to detemine optimal extraction. Results: extraction pressure, extraction time , extraction temperature were the main factors in effecting the rate of extraction, CO2 flow rate was minor factor relatively. Conclusion: The optimal extraction is as follow: parameters were extraction pressure 20 Mpa.extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 2 hours, CO2 flow rate: 12 kg/h.
