摘 要:针对一栋11层框剪结构底层框架柱混凝土工程的质量问题,分析了其对整体结构可靠性的影响。根据柱轴压比不同而分别采取两类加固措施:外套钢板箍及大缀板外包角钢柱,通过横向约束效应,提高混凝土强度,降低轴压比,增强结构延性;根据刚度等效原则计算了加固后结构的内力、动力反应、首层位移与层高比等控制值;最后验算了其耐久性。To the concrete defect of an 11 layers frame-shear wall structure's ground floor, the influence of the imperfection to the structure is discussed. According to the different ratio of compressive force to ultimate capacity, two repaired methods are provided. Owing to the effect of transverse confining, the concrete strength of columns is increased. Ratio of compressive force to ultimate capacity is lowered and the ductility of structure is improved. According to the equivalent stiffness principal, the structure' s force, seismic capacity and deflection are analyzed. And durability is also checked. It can provided consults to the other strengthened engineering.
