摘  要:理论和实验两方面的研究表明,行波超声马达的速度响应对输入电压的传递函数可以用一阶形式来近似。因此提出了一种实用的比例积分控制方法,可使系统实现快速响应和精确的定位控制。Traveling wave ultrasonic motor is a new type of motor which converts the ultrasonic vibrations produced by electricity to rotary (or linear) motions of its moving part through inner friction during working. Out of its merit of large torque, low speed and rapid response, the motor is especially suitable for use in servocontrol mechanism. Based on experiments and theoretical analysis it is reported in this paper that the motor′s transfer function (voltage input to speed response) is approximately with a first order form. A proportional integration method for speed and position controling of the motor is then proposed by authors. The method is effective in fast response and precise positioning.
