摘 要:针对桂林市桃花江水环境问题,从水文、水质、生态3个层次出发,确立了防洪排涝、污染控制、生态修复技术方案.首先,通过改造堰坝及修建排涝泵站等生态水文恢复措施解决了洪涝灾害问题;其次通过控制市政和工业废水以及非点源污染物为水质改善提供了保障,使桃花江水质从中国《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)Ⅳ类提高到了Ⅲ类;最后生态护岸及植被配置技术促进了桃花江流域生态系统的修复,彻底改善了桃花江水环境.In regard to ecological and environmental problems in Taohua River valley, three measures of water conservancy, pollution control and ecological restoration were developed to achieve water balance, quality melioration and species diversity. First, reconstruction of weir dams and rebuilding of water pumping stations solved flooding and water logging problems. Second, municipal sewage, industrial wastewater and non-point pollution controls provide safeguard for water quality. River water quality improved from grade Ⅳ to grade Ⅲ on The China National Surface Water Environment Quality Standard (GB 3838-2002). Finally, ecological embankment and plants disposition have promoted ecological restoration in Taohua River valley. The projects have improved Guilin's urban water environment thoroughly.
