摘　　要：高校是学生身心发展和身体发育日臻完善的关键时期,是走上工作岗位前的最后阶段;是为国家培养专业人才的摇篮,是输送人力产品的加工厂,面对21世纪,中国的高等教育发生划时代变革的世纪。培养具有竞争意识,开拓意识和全面发展的复合型人才,将是高校发展的方向。因此,高校体育教育的改革势在必行。Universities are the key period about physical and mental development of students, and the last stage of joining into work in the society, so the universities are regarded as cradle of cultivating professional talents as well as processing factory to transport products of manpower. Facing to 21 century, higher education in China is changing dramatically, which has epoch-making significance. Cultivating the talents developing in a all-round way, which characterized by possessing competitive consciousness and opening up consciousness, will be the direction of development of higher college.
