摘 要:利用计算机仿真方法研究了双级气体发生器乘员侧安全气囊系统的约束性能以及对不同身材乘员的保护性。针对不同的双级发生器能量分配、卸荷孔直径以及两级发生器的延迟时间,进行第50百分位和第5百分位乘员不系安全带48 km/h和系安全带56 km/h高速滑台碰撞试验仿真,并对试验仿真结果对比分析,结果表明双级安全气囊系统在高速碰撞保护性能和减少离位乘员的伤害性方面与传统单级相比有了很大的提高。The restraint performance and protective performance for different size passengers of dual stage passenger airbag systems were simulated and studied with computers. Against energy variation of inflator partitions, vent hole diameter sizes and deployment delay timing, the sled collision simulations were carded out for high speed sled test at unbelted 48 km/h and sled test at belted 56 km/h with both Hybrid Ⅲ 50^th male and Hybrid Ⅲ 5^th female adult dummies. And test simulation results were compared and analyzed. It was concluded that the dual stage airbag systems had more improvement over the traditional single stage systems in terms of providing high speed collision protection and reducing out-of-position passengers' injury.
