摘　　要：目的评价CT肿瘤血管成像对周围型肺癌的定性诊断价值。方法对74例肺部孤立性结节(肿块)患者进行MSCT多期动态增强扫描,采用多平面后处理技术,以病灶肿瘤血管显示为恶性的直接证据,统计分析求得肿瘤血管征对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确度。结果74例患者中有53例诊断为肺癌,其中CT表现明确有肿瘤血管征者23例,显示率为43.40%,统计显示肿瘤血管成像的敏感性为43.40%,特异性100%,阳性预测值100%,阴性预测值41.18%,准确率100%。结论肿瘤血管征可作为诊断周围型肺癌的直接证据。Objective To evaluate the qualitation diagnostic value of CT tumor angioimaging on solitary pulmonary nodule （SPN）. Methods A total of 74 patients with pulmonary nodule were examed with dynamic enhanced CT. MPR technique were used, The ＂ tumor angioimaging＂ sign was regarded as a direct proof for lung cancer with contrast CT, The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predict value and accuracy of tumor angioimaging in peripheral lung cancers were respectively calculated. Results 53 patients were diagnosed pulmonary carcinoma. The tumor angioimaging was exhibited with CT in 23 cases out of all patients, 43. 40% was shown. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive valve, negative predict value and accuracy of tumor angioimaging in the lung cancers were 43.40% , 100% , 100% ,41.18% and 100% ,respectively. Conclusion The＂tumor angioimaging＂sign can be regarded as a direct proof for lung cancer with contrast CT
