摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童急性白血病血像、骨髓像形态学改变对诊断分型的意义。方法:对住院患者进行血像骨髓像检查。结果:完全符合急性白血病诊断标准的115例。根据血像骨髓像形态学改变确诊分型:急性淋巴细胞白血病90例,急性非淋巴细胞白血病25例。结论:血像骨髓像形态学改变是诊断分型的主要依据。Objective To discuss the significance of hemogram and marrow picture morphology changes on acute leukemia typing in child. Method Hemogram and marrow picture exams were performed on hospital patients to find 115 examples fitting the diagnose standard of acute leukemia completely. Results According to hemogram and marrow picture morphology changes, acute lymphocyte leukemia in 90 examples,and acute non- lymphocyte leukemia in 25 examples. Conclusion Hemogram and marrow picture morphology changes are the main basis for typing.
