摘　　要：医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的,媒体因素不是影响医患关系的主导性因素,但也是不可忽视的因素。研究媒体因素对医患关系紧张的影响并寻找其对策,对缓解医患关系,促进社会和谐具有积极意义。Various reasons are responsible for the current tension and conflicts in physician -patient relationship, in which media factors contribute a lot. It is of great significance for harmonious society and soothing physician- patient conflicts to conduct research on promoting the construction of a media factors affecting current physician -patient relationship and seek for relevant countermeasures.
