摘　　要：高校师德建设是关系医学院校发展和教师个人发展的重大问题,尤其在当前建设和谐社会的背景下更是有着特殊的意义。通过归纳在市场经济条件医学院校教师道德缺失的现象,从理论上阐述了在和谐社会背景下医学院校加强教师师德建设的必要性,并简要提出了加强师德建设的策略。Construction of teacher＇s professional morality is a major issue that matters the development of both teachers themselves and medical colleges, especially under the current circumstances of constructing a harmonious society. This article summarizes the phenomenon of absence in teacher＇s professional morality in market - oriented economy, elaborates theoretically the necessity of strengthening teacher＇s professional morality construction in medical colleges, and proposes briefly strategies to strengthen the construction of teacher＇s professional morality.
