摘　　要：医务人员的职业道德修养可以使外在的医德原则、规范和要求,内化为医务人员自身的认知、情感、意志和信念,并且在医疗活动中通过医德行为表现出来。伴随医疗实践活动而进行的医德修养,提升了医务人员的医德境界,在医德品质的培养过程中起到关键性的作用。The professional morality accomplishment of medical staff may make external principles, standards and requirements of medical morality internalized for medical staff＇s own cognition, emotion, will and beliefs, manifested as medical morality behaviors in medical service activities. As a result, cultivation of medical morality accompanied with medical practice activities has promoted the medical moral realm of medical staff, and also played a key role in the process of training medical morality qualities.
