摘　　要：在医疗信息管理中病人病历信息管理具有非常重要的意义。对医生而言,通过病历了解病人的病史以便提出有效的治疗指导和建议,承传有序的治疗方案是获得最佳疗效的必要条件。对医学研究而言,完整的病历资料对于临床科研深入有着不可或缺的地位。文中针对传统的病历纸式登记给医疗咨询及科研调阅造成很多难以克服的问题,详细讨论了与建立病历数据库管理系统相关的数据库相关的知识-SQLserver访问技术以及系统的C/S体系结构。全面介绍病人病历查询系统的数据库设计与实现。根据数据库管理系统的需求分析,给出病历访问系统的设计与实现的过程。通过讨论可以看出适当的病历数据库管理系统的数学模型是完全能够满足医疗系统关于病历管理的要求。Management of patient history （PH） is of great significance in medical information management. For doctors, to achieve the best curative effect, thoroughly comprehending PH and, on the base of which, fashioning effective treatment plans and suggestions and conducting systemic and integrated treatment program, is prerequisite. For medical research, integrate PH document is the foundation of further clinical research. Aiming at the inevitable difficulty for medical consultation and medical research resulting from traditional paper- document - record of PH, discussed in detail SQL server access and C/S system structure correlating to the installation of PH database management system as well as the layout and implementation of PH inquiring system. Procedure of the design and implementation of PH inquiring system. Through discnssion, certain PH database management system can completely satisfy the medical establishment＇s request for PH management.
