摘  要:建立了气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测水中2,4-D异辛酯的分析方法。采用CHCl3提取水中2,4-D异辛酯,以HP-5分离柱分离,借助ECD检测。方法在0.010~5mg·L-1范围内良好线性、检出限为0.0001mg·L-1、回收率为82.0%~93.2%、精密度为3.85%~4.25%。该方法操作简单,测定水中2,4-D异辛酯残留灵敏度高、效果好。The gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of 2,4-D isooctyl ester in water coupled with ECD detector. The separation was carried out on HP-5 column and was detected by ECD.The linear range of 2,4-D Isooctyl Ester was 0.010 to 5.0 mg· L^-1 ,the detection limit was 0.0001mg· L^-1,spike recoveries rate was 82.0%-93.2%,and the RSDs was 3.85%-4.25%.This method operated simple and detection effect of 2,4- D isooctyl ester in water was good.
