摘  要:建立了同时检测染发剂中5种氨基硝基苯酚氧化剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。实验在避光条件下进行,样品用甲醇溶解后超声提取,采用新型ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,以甲醇、乙腈、25mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(pH7.0)为流动相梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为225nm。在15min内将5种n-氨基-n-硝基苯酚同分异构体分离测定,在0.1~100mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.998~0.999,定量下限为0.1—0.2mg/L。该方法可同时满足进出口染发剂中5种氧化剂的检验需要。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was proposed for simultaneous determination of five n-amino-n-nitrophenols in hair dye under dark conditions. The samples were dissolved by methanol and extracted by ultrasonic extraction. The separation of analytes was performed on a new ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column by a gradient elution using methanol, acetonitrile and 25 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH = 7.0) as ternary mobile phase. The analytes were detected by a photo-diode array detector at 225 nm. The result indicated that the five isomers were completely separated in 15 min. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0. 1 - 100 mg/L with correlation coefficients of 0. 998 - 0. 999. The quantification limits ranged from 0. 1 to 0. 2 mg/L. The method could meet the requirements for the simultaneous determination of 5 oxidising colouring agents in hair dye -for import and export inspection.
