幽门螺杆菌根治术结合胃炎灵治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察幽门螺杆菌(HP)根治术结合胃炎灵治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机配对方法将90例患者分为两组:HP根治术+胃炎灵组(治疗组55例)和单纯胃炎灵组(对照组35例),观察两组的HP根治率、临床疗效和病理学检查的变化。结果治疗组的HP根治率为94.5%,临床总有效率92.7%,病理学总有效率65.5%;对照组的HP根治率为80.0%,临床总有效率82.9%,病理学总有效率45.7%;治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论HP根治术结合胃炎灵治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的疗效,杀灭HP是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的关键。Objective To observe the effect of helicobaeter pylori radical correction combined with weiyanling in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods 90 cases of CAG were divided into two group randomly： combined treatment group （helieobacter pylori radical correction combined with weiyanling） ; control group（weiyanling）. Radical ratio of HP, clinic effect and pathobiology change were observed. Results The radical ratio of HP was 94.5% vs 80.0%, the general clinical rate of efficacy was 92.7 % vs 82.9%, and the the general phathologieal rate of efficacy was 65.5% vs 45.7% between combined treat group and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Helieobacter pylori radical correction combined with weiyarding has good efficacy in the treatment of CAG, and it is very vital for CAG to kill HP.
