摘　　要：通过人际交流获取情报是情报搜集的一个重要方法,人际情报网络构建是企业情报工作普遍关心的一个重要问题。文章概述凝聚型和拓展型两种网络模式的特点,就企业人际情报网络的构建步骤和企业内部、外部人际情报网络的构建问题做一些探讨。It is an important method to collect intelligence through interpersonal communication, and the construction of human intel- ligence network is therefor a general concerned problem by enterprise＇ s intelligence work. This paper outlines the characteristics of condensed network and expanded network, superficially discusses the construction steps of human intelligence network and the problems in the process of building of the internal network and external network in enterprises.
