摘　　要：锁阳不定根起源于肉质茎的皮层细胞，结构类似于吸器，细胞具有线粒体、内质网及造粉体．肉质茎由幼小芽体发育形成，包括壁栓质化的表层细胞、基本组织和维管束；基本组织细胞高度液泡化，含有细胞器和贮藏物，维管束具形成层而无序排列．基本组织细胞分裂分化导致茎的次生生长．叶退化成鳞片状，叶肉细胞没有分化。The adventitious root of Cynomorium songaricum originates from the cortex cell of the stem and the structure of adventitious root is similar to that of the haustorium.The root cells contain mitochondria,endoplasmic reticulum and amyloplast.The stem develops from the tubercle,containing phellomic epidermis,ground tissue and vascular bundle.The cells in the ground tissue contain organelles and large vacuole.The vascular bundles with cambium are in disordered arrangement.The secondary growth of the stem is caused by division and differentiation of the cell in the ground tissue.The leaves are scale without mesophyll cell differentiation and chloroplast.
