摘　　要：岗位任职教育与科研是部分军校发展的主旋律,它们作为一个整体,共同构建了军校的育人环境。只有同时重视两者并将其有机结合与合理安排,才能带动学科各项工作,促进学科健康有序的发展。Post education and research is the main rhythm of development in partial military academies. They constitute education evironments of academies as a whole. Only when they are united and arranged can they drive all works of the subject and promote it healthily and orderly.
