摘　　要：该文介绍了教师在指导学生观察切片时值得注意的两个问题,一个是教授正确的观察方法,另一个是培养科学的思考习惯。This paper focuses on two problems that teacher is worth paying attention to when guiding students to observe slice： one is the correct observation method , and another is training the science thinking habit.
